maybe IM the one wilin here.... dudes keep lowballing on the lebrons im selling on ebay. theyre lebron 12 elites, $275 retail size 13 (u already know how hard it is to find size 13 of anything) i wore them for 2 hours to a mall. they were too narrow for my feet so i took em off, wiped the soles put em up for sale. ive been asking for 175, but i need to move em so i dropped it to 155.
dude literally just sent me an offer of $100. for worn once, $275 shoes.... in a rare size.
so this is the convo that followed:
"They are $275 retail. You're asking for a 64% discount... Cmon. Be reasonable."
"Your asking 155 and they're used... If they were new it'd be different. You can get these new for $155 on eBay, I'm gonna be using them for ball so used didn't matter to me that much. You're asking for too much. But thanks anyways"
"You buy a car for $20,000. later that same day you realize "i just dont like this car that much" so u go back to the dealer. the dealer tells u, i know u just bought this car for 20,000 but you've now used it. so ill give you $7,400 for it. would u do it? no u wouldnt...do u know why? cuz it makes 0 sense to lose 64% of value that fast.
if u can find them for 155, u probably wouldnt be looking at used ones for 155. common sense. quick math lesson. quick psychology lesson. be blessed."

This dude doesn't really have any reason to believe you when you say you basically just tried them on.
There's so many scammers on Ebay who try to put the VVVVVVVNDS on some heavily used pairs, that I can see why he might feel a "worn once" should come with a very steep discount
Plus, the car analogy doesn't really work, because you returned it to the dealer, not a new buyer
With that said, I don't think you need to come off your price, this dude is just tryna haggle you down extra low
