Foot Locker employee arrested for robbery at Maryland store
SUITLAND, Md. - Police in Maryland say they tracked down the suspect who was caught on camera allegedly robbing a Foot Locker store, but it's not who they might have expected. Tiffany Latrice Reid is a store employee, and she was still wearing her Foot Locker uniform when she took her mug shot.
Reid, 26, was arrested for robbing the store she works in. Prince George's County police say an armed robbery was reported at the store around 7:30 p.m. on October 4. When officers arrived, they were told a woman had just robbed the store, and she implied she had a weapon.
Investigators released several surveillance photos of the suspect, and as the case progressed, they identified Reid as a suspect. She was arrested on Wednesday, and police say she admitted to robbing the store not only this time, but also in December 2013. She will face charges in both cases.
