Haven’t ate dairy or meat in monthsss

Let’s see how I feel after. I’ll tell y’all.
Is this Roberta’s? :nerd:

No pictures of the steak cut leads me to believe that it had been cooked well done :emoji_thinking:
Lies.

I didn't take a pic of it because I didn't feel like stopping to take the picture. (This time)
Why you have onion skin there?
I always use some type of fruit or veggie in my water (moisture tray) to infuse flavor into my food.

Onions is the most complimentary for the steaks and sausages that I cooked.

You cook the skin of the onion? The flaky part?

No, it isn't cooked.

It is just onion scraps. I hate wasting food, so I try to find uses for little things like that

The skin isn’t good though DC.

The hell you saving the skin for? You saved the banana peel from the Banana pudding you made too? What use would you have for that?

The skin AND the first layer of the onion have a deep flavor. You never made veggie stock using the onion skins? I do it all the time.

Yes, I use banana peels for compost

I never knew this.

This why I ask questions. I learned something new today that I won’t pass on. Thanks.

DC what is the recipe for that banana pudding dessert
Simple as hell.

Vanilla Pudding
Banana
Vanilla Pudding
Vanilla Wafers (Cookies)
Vanilla Pudding

I add cinnamon and (frozen) orange zest to my initial vanilla pudding mixture. Gives it a different flavor profile

Many top with whipped creams or Cool Whip

Just build layers.

You can put it in a bowl/container, I usually use a Vanilla Wafer pie crust because growing up, my father's fried used to always make it for us like that. MS. Joyce.

I use Unsweetened Almond Milk but it still came out too sweet for me. I want to find a flavorless pudding to mix in because I can't stand overly sweet desserts.

Oh i thought you baked it or something because of the pie crust.

So you just put banana pudding in a pie crust.

I'm gonna try that this weekend.
Never made banana pudding.

 Nah man, simplest thing in the world.

I am going to get into baking soon though

Epic night with the neighbors (2 other couples). Our local spot had customer appreciation day. The one couple got their own order but the wifey & I along with one couple came to $85.18 for 3 1/2 dozen very heavy medium males, deviled eggs, potato salad, 10 old bay wings for me, & 4 lbs of steamed shrimp... enjoying the last days of crab season...

My boss says she uses cookie butter in place of chocolate for s’mores or sometimes the chocolate & the cookie butter (with marshmellow of course)...
