Super lazy today I should have added flour. I seasoned it the night before with fresh garlic, onion, and salt. I coated the wings in curry powder before I fired it.

Frying it that way you may you get a taste but with the flour if you like it'll be a bit stronger (and hotter) if you like it really spicy.

My go-to is marinating it in a little salt and pepper and sriracha sauce overnight. then cover it in flour. fry it up. SOOO GOOOD! basically hot wings but with instead of wing sauce it's flavored with Sriracha
