Its a taqueria I go to that makes their own green sauce(aka Salsa Doña. I just learned the actual name). I hoard that **** because I cant find a store bought sauce that is spicy enough.

Oxtails are cool.
Broth is always on point but in terms of the meat (#), it's never worth the hassle/picking since there tends to be not that much on there.

Yeah, not a lot of Mexican immigration here - we had a lot more Italians so you can get spaghetti anywhere - but Mexican food is fairly rare.
Lot of Indian and Chinese restaurants I suppose and those countries are far away too - but I have a feeling that the food isn’t particularly authentic in most cases.
But tonight this place was the best meal I’ve had in a looong time. The Carne Asada was fine - but the tostadas and toquitos were fantastic. Really good spicy salsa with the fresh made chips too.
