7 hours in. really close to being done. gonna try And cook these a little higher than usual to almost 210.

My question still stands.

Every other post is about naked turkeys that don’t have 90lbs of seasoning on it.

If all I’m tasting is the seasoning list, does the turkey itself even taste good?

I don’t condone pale turkeys, but also am curious to see a 10/10 turkey example to see how a good turkey is seasoned.

Anyone have recommendations for London? Heading there Wednesday. Only place so far I know I wanna go to is Dishoom for Indian
Would like to try Caribbean food and chicken with jollof if anyone knows some spots ? tomdiginson tomdiginson

I went to Humo and Hide. Both were awesome, but Humo especially.

Akoko is the West African place I really wanted to go to, but we couldn’t make it work with our schedule.

Gymkhana was on my list for Indian.

Kaieteur Kitchen for Caribbean.
