I added a few dashes of soy but didn't really need it. Everything fresh and flavorful
A lot of recipes don't call for much soy and use some sort of stock or broth instead

Going to be eating good all weekend. Got Goat Korma, Goat Dopiaza, Shrimp jizhvrazi (sp), Goat Bhuna with mad Naan instead of rice. Goat biryani.
