Paneer hariyali spinach for dinner with pita & paratha bread. The aroma & taste from the mint in the spinach was lovely. Took me by surprise because I've never had Indian style spinach infused with mint ever before.

Im jealous. They serve Chicago Dogs in Pittsburgh for Cubs game only or on the regular?
How much was that
I still need to get to PNC park. Been wanting to go since it opened. Just looks like the perfect stadium to watch a game on a random summer night
Not bad for a ballpark dog
who said otherwise?Honestly, I thought we all knew this back when y'all were making those superior chicken posts.
Only reason Koreans know about fried chickens is cuz of black ppl.

Paratha is so good especially when it's fried. I've also tried homemade sheermal a couple times and it was amazing. A little bit of sweetness.Paneer hariyali spinach for dinner with pita & paratha bread. The aroma & taste from the mint in the spinach was lovely. Yes! The other bakery on the same block 2 doors down was Kingston tropical. Not a fan of their Pattie. Not as flaky or flavorful like champion. I also went to Golden crust, I think they switch up their pattie crust recipe. Not as flaky as before.Champion bakery the one with the crazy good pepper shrimp? Can't remember but then again you could rock with any Jamaican spot on White Plains rd.
Ha! Food journal from my NY trip.Wooo kix2mny snapped
Sheermal is so good. I haven't had it in a while. It's great even by itself or with a cup of chai.Paratha is so good especially when it's fried. I've also tried homemade sheermal a couple times and it was amazing. A little bit of sweetness.
Flaky ones are the best. I hate when I get this one brand that has close to 0 flake...it just doesn't hit the same.Yeah sometimes i'll buy those frozen paratha and they're actually good, nice and flaky.
