Been messing with "Mediterranean " style salads lately. Been my go to side
Dressing is a combo of olive oil, fresh lemon, honey, red wine vinegar and spices switched up on quantity.
This one has edamame, Vidalia onion, fresh mozzarella, cucumbers, and tomatoes.
Zucchini, red onion, tomatoes, kalamatta olives, capers, and fetta.
