My employees love me someone just brought me some water melon they harvested today. One is a regular watermelon and the other they told me is yellow water melon which I've never had but they say is sweet than regular. Excited to go home and chop it up and put in fridge.

Why aren't your pork chops red like hers?

I dunno.
I had more chops than her so the sauce was probably off ratio wise.
There's sauce on the bottom that's red like that.
I just used her basic method / ingredients and kinda winged it
