Yes this looks like my kinda plate. I usually make arroz con gandules when I make pernil. Also gonna make some beef empanadas tomorrow and also cheese cause my kids love them.that’s my plan too. Dinner last night
Wahoo crudo, roasted oysters, waygu carpaccio
Shrimp & scallops, truffle risotto
Espresso, tiramisu, waffle bomboloni
Pics don’t do them justice but some of the best scallops I’ve had. Huge and cooked perfectly
Wahoo was the best app. Was served with orange, cilantro, chili, olive oil
Desserts were really good. Tiramisu was different, sort of like creme brûlée
