I could sub pepperoni for another protein but pineapple and jalapeños are definitely on there

Try salami. (That’s what we normally order at work.) The saltiness with the pineapple and jalapeño is a nice balance.

Yeah i love that little salty kick, bacon at non fancy places and prosciutto or anchovies at fancy ones.

I've had dried anchovies mixed with rice a few times when I was young. I liked the saltiness of it. Haven't tried it on pizza tho.

most pizza sauce has too much sugar in it. the best is just crushed tomatoes, salt, oregano. tiny pinch of crushed red pepper flakes and some garlic powder is nice too.

I’ve made my own red sauce and I usually make it spicy. But yeah that’s the only red sauce I’ll ever touch.
