Whole Tilapia, plantains, rice, spinach stew
This weeek in my area it’s restaurant week. A popular restaurant was having a Chinese food pop up for restaurant week. They have a prefixed menu you could pick an app, entree and dessert. I went with the General Yao’s chicken meatballs, veggie fried rice and fortune cookie sundae. Bae got ribs, sesame chicken with noodles and spiced rice pudding. Not bad.
I didn’t try themHopefully those ribs were "GF."

My dude were are 100 percent in agreement on that water thing. Now on Jarritos sodas, they’re a still delicious but if you want flavor you’ll have to find a truck/restaurant that makes their Aguas fresca from scratch! Tamarindo, Horchata, Jamaica, Limonada with cucumber...etc. Those with any Mexican food is pure bliss. Ayyye Dios Miooooo
I heard the eyes have a lot of nutrientsLol I barely ate the head, its all for show
General Yao
See that’s the problem I have and the reason I go with diet soda, all the sugar in the aguas frescas. It sucks but I usually plan ahead by bringing an Ice tea (No sugar) with me or a can of diet soda. They all look at me weird when I ask for dieta restaurant a town over that makes aguas frescas, their horchata is beyond fire.
the truck is down the street from me they attempt them but heavy handed with the sugar, the jamaica isnt bad though.
now i want some pozole lol
better? doubt it.Links and brisket from Everett and Jones. They have a problem with consistency but when it's on point it's better than the joints in Texas people wait in line hours for.

Takeout from Emily Brooklyn....
Burger (you can usually only have it if you dine in but available for takeout during pandemic. What it lacks in appearance it makes up for in flavor)
Pepperoni + honey
Brussel sprouts (with Asian pear and fish sauce)
