Put some "gizzards " in the air fryer with a breading of crushed pork rinds and lemons pepper seasoning.

Turned out well.

Is that the spot in Inglewood (on Centinela, I think)?

I know it’s not far from the airport. That’s what made this easy.
 
They said syrup and that was enough for me in the moment.
but maple elevates the dish
table syrup just degrades the dish

keep a bunch on deck
for when i eat out at places that only have table syrup
 
Also at Pann’s. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen this before. In a restaurant at least....
