Tonkatsu Ramen

Chicken Karaage. One of the best ones I’ve had. Big, plumped and juicy.

Perfect soft boiled egg. Forgot I had one because it was under all the noodles and pork. Still soft inside.

Dessert. Taiyaki with Matcha ice cream and red bean filling.

Bacon, egg and cheese in jalapeño cheddar bagel from Main Street Bagel. Meh for $5. Will make it next time.

Made a large batch of lasagna 2 weeks ago. Added bechamel sauce along with ricotta/spinach mixture so it's not dry also to balance the acidity of the pasta sauce

I didn’t throw it out, actually. And I know that about expiration dates, but I thought they made them too short by months, not decades.

Salt is a preservative! It literally functions to keep food items from spoiling.
