Chicken Karaage. One of the best ones I’ve had. Big, plumped and juicy.

Perfect soft boiled egg. Forgot I had one because it was under all the noodles and pork. Still soft inside.

Dessert. Taiyaki with Matcha ice cream and red bean filling.

that octopus looks good as hell

Bacon and egg with cheese sandwich for breakfast. Fried bacon is better. It's quick and comes out crispy throughout. I had fried fries earlier in the week so only reason I went that route haha. Will do it again when I fry something.

Bacon, egg and cheese in jalapeño cheddar bagel from Main Street Bagel. Meh for $5. Will make it next time.

Made a large batch of lasagna 2 weeks ago. Added bechamel sauce along with ricotta/spinach mixture so it's not dry also to balance the acidity of the pasta sauce

nice lasagna

You played yourself if that salt wasn't iodized. Sea salt will last forever.

There's a lot of instances where expiration dates are really just capitalist propaganda.

I didn’t throw it out, actually. And I know that about expiration dates, but I thought they made them too short by months, not decades.
