they have a torta called cubana = milanesa, salchicha, ham, turkey, refried beans, lettuce, cheese, avocado slices, mayo.

From last week...

Lettuce cup/wrap - Filling is made of ground chicken(you can use any ground meat that you like, season it the way you like or use the duck that hangs from the chinese bbq joints is another option), shredded carrots, corn, and black beans. Added toasted sesame seeds after it's cooked.
For sauces, I used hoisin sauce (found at asian markets or oriental aisle of grocery stores). Another one I used was a mix of japanese miso dressing with smooth peanut butter. You can use thai peanut sauce or even bbq, sweet and sauce, honey mustard sauces from McD's lol



Butchered a live crab too. Sorry for the graphic image lol. Just a very simple steaming with some ginger is all it's needed for the natural sweet crab flavor.
