Greek yogurt
olive oil
lemon juice
diced shallots
lemon zest
fresh dill
sumac
cardamom
za'atar spices
salt/pepper
Drizzzle more olive oil and crack some sea salt over the top and cook in the oven at 450 for 45 minutes or until internal temp registers to 165. You can serve with toum (a garlic/lemon juice/olive oil emulsion), but I prefer to make a sauce similar to tzatziki with za'atar spices, mint, and lemon juice.
Take a pair of kitchen shears and cut the spine out
Break the breast bone to flatten it out
Once you do that the anatomy is really easy to recognize

It's crazy because maybe as recent as 4-5 years ago I was in the "Why do people drink this disgusting crap?" camp.
But I realized that once you step out of the s*** tier zone (which is 95% of available coffee) its literally the best.

Not bad. Dropped 8 pounds in about 30 days. With working out 3 times a week. Now I’m incorporating intermittent fasting. Been dropping about a pound a week.
