was gonna ask this... i see many of the people in here can eat but how many of yall gonna be cooking this thursday?
my family always does a potluck style thanksgiving, im making creamy garlic brussel sprouts topped with mozzarella.

Our Thanksgiving is about 40 people so we're doing 2 turkeys. I'm in charge of making one and my brother's making the other. We're doing potluck as well.

We typically do 20+ lb. turkeys. We usually have a lot of other food too so it works out.

Caught this earlier. Really liked how they edited the video to show the overlap in ingredients/techniques but also highlighted what made each take different.

Level 2 cook is slightly insufferable, but I find myself identifying with his recipe the most.
