That's probably a synthetic material if they're calling it "nubuck-inspired", so they might actually end up not being dust magnets.

All nubuck they use is synthetic.

It just seems like they were trying to think of a excuse for making them suede and they couldn't come up with a legit or witty reason.

You're absolutely right, I forgot suede is the only one that can be naturally made from hide/skin. The "inspired" made it sound like they found a way to emulate nubuck or some unnecessary **** like that
