women sizes are typically 1.5 the size of mens.. Thats what i measured.. or you can always check the CM sizing.. even though that can be smaller or bigger but with the 1.5 sizing.. that worked out well for me.

Normal width on men's Foams is D where width on women's shoes is B so not sure the length of 1.5 adjustment will fit ok on the "shine Foams"
