Had something similar happen with a friend that we helped move. Turned out the gun was in the garage in a bag that he forgot to bring in the house. Not saying they didn’t jack you but make sure you go through everything first before you start pointing fingers, might have been misplaced during the move.

checked everything 1st before contacting the company. 100% certain it was stolen.
