Watched it this morning while eating breakfast, was reallyyy bad.
They were saying it was still going at like 6pm.
SouthWest corner of bathurst + Queen.
I feel bad for that guy with the electronics shop, apparently he has no insurance.

Morning commute was brutal.
i knew sompthing was up when i turned on wellington and it was gridlock
8 street cars in a row on king.
took me an hour to drive to Dundas Sq.

from what i read, it took out duke's bike shop which has been there for 4 generations.
suspect lost a lot of irreplacable films as well.
i don't know how far it spread though.

I used to live 1 block north at Bathust and Queen.
Some people in the neighbourhood are now hoping that no "big box" stores move in and set up shop there. I feel the same way.

They said it took out like 15 addresses.
At least the ones that had nowhere to go got to stay at the Royal York, but damn, thats crazy.
There was one by my house that was stronger than this one last year, it was a 7 alarm fire that started inside a paint store on Queen street also.

Got to give a big ups to Da Zone for the donation boxes they have setup in the shop that's going towards the people that lost their homes,just saw the store on City TV.
