Thats one of the 2 workouts provided by the fdny. This is the high intensity cardio workout. No weights needed.

This is what the workouts will look like when you're in the academy. Took me a while to be able to complete them without missing any reps. Some are only bodyweight the rest you should do with 10lb dumbells if it specifies dumbells. You should also be doing a run after these workouts.
