Favorite Hot Sauce for Latin American Food?

So I love my food spicy and I always have a few staples. I usually use Louisiana or Frank's Red Hot for most foods. For Asian foods I use Sriracha or the Sambal Oelek chili paste. I don't have anything for any type of Latin American cuisine. So far I'm really digging

Just wondering what would some of you hot sauce aficionados suggest.
