I honestly don't like going to game. Sports fans and that mob mentality are scary to me.

This needs to be posted in bold. People will disown their son if he turns out gay but will never leave their teamsAdults taking sports too damn seriously is hilarious. Dudes will show no devotion to careers, families, education, etc. but will get mad about a lack of devotion to sports teams

Not gonna lie, it's a pet peeve when people I know personally claim they've been big dubs fans this whole time when that was never the case. I'm cool with someone being a fairweather or bandwagon fan as long as they own up to it.

People do like to be a part of things and it can be annoying. And it does kind of expose people a little bit.
Damn bruh I'm offended.People who take pride in having more knowledge about things that mean nothing in real life usually have 0 intelligence about anything else. Reminds me of dudes I know that can list random sports stats like a damn Wikipedia page but have been in community college for 6 years and know nothing about the world. I really hate this type of person. Such a waste of brains
People have different interest and you can't really look down on them for knowing one thing and not knowing something else. If your friend wants to be an expert on Warriors stats, so be it, doesn't make him any worse of an individual in comparison to your friend in Harvard. And that definitely doesn't make your friend in Harvard a better person.I'm not saying that all people who know all sorts of irrelevant stats are like that. I'm saying people who brag and put down others who don't (fan shaming) are usually compensating for not knowing anything else (or in a lot of cases compensating for having 0 athletic ability, like all those fat NFL fans you see screaming at the TV and cussing out players in bars).
An acquaintance of mine tried called my friend that is in Harvard Business School a dumb *** for not knowing players on the Warriors bench yet rooting for the Warriors, but meanwhile he's been attending a 2 year community college for 6 YEARS. Who's really a dumb @$@?
