The size tag is way off.
And additionally, the product code 318376 belongs to a range of Jordan 23s. If Nike had actually produced some sort of hybrid between AJ23 and whatever the other model is supposed to be, it would have had its own product code.

Also, googling the product code, description or reverse imaging any of the pics doesn't give any result that even comes close to the shoe pictured here.
