Fernando did a 1:42.6 in the R25 today, fastest lap in the race last year was a 1:39.2

Only a few seconds slower, but the spine-tingling, ear shattering noise can't be replaced.
F1 likes to talk about how fast their cars have become, but watching on TV, I wouldn't be able to tell a 1:40s lap from a 1:30s lap.
It's hilarious how F1 broadcast nowadays have this "Audio-Up" bit where the commentators all shut up and let the viewers "savor" the sounds of cars.
