It's not that people don't want a drone only video, they don't want a video that's only high angle drone shotsOn the real how do you make money with drones
It has to be used as an accessory. No one wants drone only footage in a video montage. And even if they do, they aren't going to pay you tons of money for it.
I know so many people doing this DSLR videography thing. Half are doing a good job while the other half have no clue what they are doing. I have a buddy that has gone corporate from it and works at a design firm and shoots for EA Sports, Sprite, etc but unless you are that guy having a corporations pay for you, making money off of this is hardly the "money bags" you are expecting. As a freelance gigs, the best industry to get in for videography is the wedding industry and even from that, no one is using drones only for it. You have to have DLSRs, lenses, a 2nd person to get you multiple angles, know how to edit, compress videos right, etc.
Not putting anyone down in getting into this stuff but I just don't know anyone that is willing to spend that much money for drone videos.

People love to take shots 30 to 40 feet up when showing the house but a eye level shot is often more effective. Even shooting at hights that you would be able to achieve with a camera in hand using a drone makes everything smoother as you pan and move around.
If you're shootinf real estate and its a house, remember that consumers are not looking for a cool drone video, they are looking for the angles that make them want to buy a house. At least half of your videos should be taken inside the house. The high angle shots of the outside are nice but people want to see where they will be living inside the house
I have done a few shoots for large undeveloped lots, all you need is expansive landscape shots so its perfect for an all drone video. Of course good cinematography is always key.
