Hey Fam,
Here's a summary of my situation:
- Bought a gold chain from Ebay but when I received it, the item did not match the description.
- Sent the item back with Signature Confirmation - No Insurance
- Went back and forth with Resolution Center - Received an email saying I was going to get my money back $600.
- Then, out of nowhere. I received an email from Ebay saying that the seller claims she received an empty box.
- Ebay had me contact the postal office to see if there was any tampering with the box.
- Contact USPS but they are slow to reply with information.
- Ebay closed the case in favor of seller and screw me out of $600 dollars
Should I take legal action against Ebay? Or simply chalk it up as the biggest loss? I know I made a huge mistake for not getting insurance
Any help is welcomed or at least this will serve as an example for the community.
