EATING LIKE CRAP, STUDYING, NO SLEEP, NO EXERCISE FOR THE PAST WEEK UNAPPRECIATION

Uhm, no. If people truly wanted to stay in shape, they'd find a way.

Using finals and college in general as an excuse doesn't cut it.

before finals weeks I went to the gym every other day and cooked . These last 2 weeks I've went to the gym only twice and ate at wendy's at least4 days straight. It's iight tho now it's all over.

This happens to me every F'n year, it is really annoying.

The first month of the semester the workload is really light so I'll exercise 5-6 times a week. The second month is like getting hit by a truck so I throwout the healthy eating and exercise in place of studying. Then I get a 2 week "break" period where I am able to exercise again, but then the last 2-3weeks of the semester are hell so the healthy lifestyle evaporates.

My issue is that I must get atleast 8 hours sleep, eat a healthy breakfast and then workout first thing in the morning. As soon as I start averaging 5-6 hoursof sleep and dont have enough time to prepare my own meals, I get too lazy to exercise.

I feel 100x better knowing that I am not the only one with this problem
