Point taken..

I won't argue against NONE of that. It would be like trying to say it's not lame that Kevin Durant's lack of body weight nets him like 8.7 extra pts a game via freethrows...But sometimes things like that are indicative of the problems with the sport, not the player. I'm not big on taking credit from players who "violate the spirit of the game" (like whoever thought up the Hack-a-Shaq) when the whole competitive edge of the sport is telling you to do whatever is legal to win. So Wade gets the whistles and travels alot..

Why would people come into a Dwyane Wade thread and hate on dude. He is probably the nicest superstar in the league and has one of the best overall games in league history. Ever since Wade came back from that injury in 07 he has been beasting. His stat line the last three season has been been second to only LeBron James. He is also an underrated defender. Excellent off ball defender and the best shot blocking guard in the league. The only negative aspect of Wade's game is that he averages too many turnovers.

As years go on he does seem not be praised as much but it's w/e. You check the # he's right there with the current greats and he'll always have one more than LeBron.

Was rooting for him and Shaq in '06. Too bad I'm hoping his team loses on the big stage to OKC.

Also he's one of the most likable players in the NBA.  Hes kinda underappreciated relative to Lebron.
