Where can i find a resonable dress shirt without pleats? I have all my shirts taken in or darted since I am slim and the pleats are kind of an oxy moron. Either the box pleats bunches up after the shirt is taken in or the side pleats stick out.
Thanks in advance.
I am confused at your question. You want slim fitting shirts without darts? Or slim fitting shirts without the boxed pleats at the back of the shoulders?
Thanks ... Good investment .. I'll go check them out, there's one right by the WTC .. See how long this deal last.Originally Posted by RFX45
They have a 3 for $199 deal going on right now and then I signed up for some corporate discount so I can get the extra 15% off. Not bad since the shirts are made well and fits nice.Originally Posted by akuratl02
RFX ... How much are the BB extra slim fit shirts running for ???
I'd go with Ralph LaurenOriginally Posted by TypeRPinoY

the suede polo is so sick in person. the $1500 price tag is ridic tho
If it looks that shapeless and boring on the model, it'll probably look terrible on an actual person. Have you tried it on? How much are you planning to spend on it?Originally Posted by AC4Three
I'm thinking about getting this suit from Banana Republic. What do you guys think about it? For some reason, I feel as though the buttons are a little too close together...
correct, id much rather invest in a Jcrew suit.Originally Posted by PersiaFly

I can't imagine that this is the most bang you'd get for your buck. I think that's always true fro Banana Republic. Always better options.
The problem is that I live in Canada so there aren't as many options (such as J. Crew). I would obviously have it tailored if I bought it, but I am a little thrown off by the buttons.Originally Posted by ksteezy

Okay thanks for the advice guys. I guess I'll look around a bit more before I make a decision.Originally Posted by RFX45
I think you are better off going to the department store equivalent of Macys in Canada, I am not sure what that is but that would be the best first stop for you. A lot of brands are coming out with "slim fit" suits now, from CK to DKNY, from Kenneth Cole to Hugo Boss.
