I think they’re a taper - they don’t go straight down but get slightly narrower towards the ankle. Just don’t get a skinny taper.

It’s at 4pm and i believe it’s indoor/outdoor at a golf course resort type place

Needs to be taken to the cleaners to get steamed out. Only bad thing about linen is it wrinkles easily

Why wouldn’t you want to wear a lighter suit? Are you overweight and only wear darker colors? Just curious

I mean I am a fatty boy at the moment but nah I just don’t really want to wear a white or beige suit. Even though that’s what I think of when I picture linen

Are the same people going to be at each wedding? Even if they are the same people, nothing wrong with wearing the same suit. Just have fun with it

Yea there will be some overlap with my friend group at both weddings but no one’s gonna say anything about wearing the same stuff

I was thinking I could maybe do a navy blazer and a lighter shirt and pants for the August one. Then I could go all navy for October

I have a navy blue linen suit. You can do that. Or, you can do a seersucker suit. Also, a grey linen suit will work.

Another option is a linen blazer and separate pants.

I ended up renting a tuxedo for that wedding I mentioned in here that’s in a couple weeks but idk I’m kinda regretting it now..I think I should have just gotten a navy or a lighter one like my original plan

I’ve only worn a tux when I was younger so I kinda got distracted by it

I needed some new brown loafers and happened to find some at Nordstrom rack branded as their logo. Ngl I was shocked at how nice they were for the price. $60 and the leather is super soft. I’ll have to be checking there more often for my loafers.
