I don't buy from Brooks Brothers too often but their Red Fleece line is pretty decent. They've got a big sale going on, some of the shirts that might show Regular fit have a drop down that allows you to choose slim or extra slim instead. For a long time, BB had no selection for extra slim fit.
Their Milano fit for suits is really slim with narrow lapels and its style is trendier than what you typically think of BB suits and the sale has some from $600-700 which isn't bad. The Fitzgerald isn't pretty nice from what I remember but I've only tried it on, didn't look at it too seriously. I'm not familiar with the Regent fit but the description seems like it is an updated, slim fit.

Gap cotton slim trousers my man. No additional altering on my part. I believe they come with a 7" opening. I wouldn't mind hemming them though, but I'll just leave em be.
