^ It damn sure does...the post was an excerpt. I should have included the whole chapter, it goes into exactly how to sort out the different attributes and weigh them against one another.

Nice stats on the prospect, too...you like to see better Recognition and Probable Faithfulness, but grab her at the top of the 2nd or MAYBE at the bottom of the first, since her Intangibles seem to be high.

the thing is beauty, booty, bust (the 3 Bs) end up equaling the 40 yard dash and vertical in a real draft. sure they look great on tape. but in the end you're stuck with a bunch of big fast rookies who cant get the job done when things are on the line.

nah give me brains, competitiveness, and a winning personality first and foremost. i'm not saying the chick shouldn't have measurables, just remember that some prospects are just more cut out for the majors and develop later in the game.

all that flash - the "ooh's" and "ahh's" you get out of the first two years when they're wowing all the competition amounts to absolutely nothing if you know in your heart of hearts it will never ever lead to a ring.

I was gonna say Michael Vick at first but then I thought of all the red flags and came up with Marcus instead. 1st round talent, 7th round brains. I gues mid 3rd round is in order but I know there are some thristy GM's that would ovverpay for her. Might have to trade down and acquire more picks. Word to Bellichek.

Well, as far as age limit, gotta be 18 to play in the bigs...pretty sure it works that way in the League too. Far as a draft grade, I don't even know what to rate her Attractiveness without a pic, but your description sounds like your basic 4th rounder...if she's still on the board at a good spot, take a flyer. However, realize there's likely a reason she didn't go earlier, so it's ill-advised to commit the franchise to such a prospect without years of seasoning...possibly on the practice squad.

Now it all makes sense!

As in them the ones you go to visit but not take out.  Yes I will put the youngin in the DL for now, and hopefully coach em up to get them out there in the field soon.

One more question OP, is Valentines Day the All Star Game?
