Does Nicotine target the same brain receptors THC does?

Curious if they target the same part of the brain. Say if somebody was trying to lower there THC tolerance..would smoking nicotine hinder that?

From my research about marijuana and my heavy usage

its just the idea of puffin on some smoke. Both give totally different effects with marijuana being the most rewarding.

Smoking nicotine will #!$@ you over. 
Only way to lower tolerance is to stop smoking.....
