LOL! I don't know if the budget is like that, but make Ariana the big casting and get a B Grade for Hercules like Noah Centineo. Kutcher as Hades would be interesting, Jeff Goldblum seems like a good fit too. Would be hilarious if Disney just got Russell Crowe to play Zeus in the movie too...

Should've renamed the group the Lost Kids if girls are in it. Reading youtube comments, didn't know people loved the 2003 live-action movie so much and say it's the best peter pan movie.
