I don't know where Chuck got that mess from. he didn't shoot FT's like that at UK. dude shot 73% from the foul line for his career at Kentucky. he did always shoot his jumpers almost "on the way down," though. but them free throws are hideous.

As for Chuck... Words don't describe it. He throws his arms up, loses balance, has to take a step forward, and just 'wrists' it. Andhe's putting work in at the practice facility doing just that. Every time.
