I'm generally good about my teeth and have been lucky so far. Only 2 cavities so far, my wisdom teeth have grown correctly, no major problems, and only a crooked top/front tooth from a skateboarding accident.

btw had my teeth whitened on tues in the morning. I heard 48 hrs refrain from eating anything that could stain a white t-shirt. I held off til Friday, eating yogurt, alfredo chicken with pasta, bananas, soy milk, until I couldn't take it any longer. Had innout on Friday around 5. Today I had coffee with a straw, but i've been using this after I eat.

I've been looking for a decent toothpaste the really whitens teeth. Right now I am using Sensodyne pronamel and dont see any real results....

no soda or coffee
before  brushing rinse with this:

^it has peroxide and other stuff in it

brush

then follow up with:

mouth feels hella clean after.

and i floss with this:

I just brush 2 times a day and floss every other day. Keep away from soda and coffee.
The way your teeth look depends on genetics. Never had braces. Get compliments here and there. Its
older ladies most the time.

Its a plus when you dealing with the ladies.
