It's about effort partially but there's no cohesion to the offense. We can sit here and debate about schemes but don't try to tell me with _antoni style has produced ANY hardware for his teams. We all know what the triangle did. There's a lot more to the triangle then just scoring. It's certainly not ignorant to think that the system or the coach are part of the problem. Yes there is a lack of effort but there's a lot more contributing to the type of play we're seeing.

This team is talented to hang with anyone in the league if they're clicking. But when have we actually seen that? Once maybe in the Denver game against a clearly lesser team. Something needs to change to get this team to play together. That's something that our old coach preached and practiced.
