I started watching ECW the week before November to Remember ‘95 so I had just missed them and all I remember where their ECW VHS commercials.

I was a cruiserweight fan but my guys were Rey, Ultimo Dragon, Juvie Juice and Malenko. Didn’t care much for the Rabbit Wolverine and Eddie because the frog splash was the dumbest move my 11 year old brain ever saw. LWO was a joke to me. But I remember the big deal Jericho was when he debuted. Stopped watching shortly after.


I did remember the hooplah when they jumped shipped as the Radicalz and was sad to see what happened to Saturn as the Eliminators were my favorite tag-team just a few years prior. Didn’t see another episode until the one where Vince’s limo blew up and next thing I know, Benoit is just a shadow in the WWE History books and Eddie died too.

But I never really thought to separate wrestlers rankings between in-ring and out unless I know that’s the discussion. By default, I was judge based on the total package, word to Lex.
