Batman Forever is a large cut above all of these other films

Except perhaps Apocalypse because I simply haven't seen it. Batman and Robin now is a different story.

I'm probably confusing the two batmans. That whole series of Bats was a blur to me. 

Putting BvS in the same category as Catwoman

 

Too much Cringe and WTF in BVS. This coming from a Snyder fan who thought he did a tasteful adaptation of The Watchmen.

Did Garner and Halle ever recover from those movies? I can only think of Cloud Atlas for Halle and Garner started making religious movies and capital one ads.

I looked at her filmography and Halle is going to be in the Kingsman sequel. Besides that she hasn't been in a good movie in years.

Garner wasn't a really big star prior to Elektra. She had only been known for being in the show Felicity and she starred in Alias for 5 years. Halle, on the other hand has been in movies here and there. Other than the x men movies and Cloud Atlas, she hasn't been in anything major.

I could agree if DC had been releasing entertaining movies that just had bad stories but even that's not happening.

Comic book movies are suppose to be fun.

I think people want to like this movie. The trailers look fun and Margot bae looks great.

This is all I've really seen. Everybody wants to love this movie. All ready to forget that BvS trash and embrace this.

I'd be disappointed if Ayers failed here and again for Will being in yet another trash movie (he and Depp need to brainstorm a graceful handful of movies exit).

some of my favorite action movies in the 80's would get slaughtered if they were reviewed by these losers nowadays. people now have some sort of entitlement or god complex.

movies like commando, predator, the warriors, big trouble in little china, red dawn, the last dragon, etc, would all get ripped apart by these clowns

you say some but dc has only had two movies thus far and neither were ghostrider 2 bad. doesnt even come close.

honestly there has only been one comic book movie that i can say i did not like and that was ghostrider 2

im a guy. sometimes i just want mindless action

Also batman and superman are on a whole nother level compared to other characters so they will be judged more harshly. Those two characters are iconic and the two films did not do them justice whatsoever. Especially BVS. It's not as bad as reviewers piled on it, but it's still bad.
