Video game adaptations with some effort. last of us is a hit, super mario made a ton of money, sonic the hedgehog did ok. We got Fallout on amazon soon and whatever warhammer tv show. Zelda movies are being developed. halo got a second season.

this dude really just shoots as much scenes as possible and has to put em all in to make a "decent"(?) movie? dude really has no idea how to edit film because he has to put all exposition in his film, the extra two hours probably has more exposition

The 4 hour directors cut of Rebel Moon is as pointless as it is absurd…He said himself that Netflix gave him no restrictions on the film, which begs the question, why the hell didn’t he just turn in the movie he wanted it to be in the first place? It’s because he found a new kink by having his cult foam at the mouth for the ~directors cut~ of whatever trash movie he cons a studio into letting him release…Pure narcissistic behavior there…
This movie absolutely defines his approach in that he comes up with a bunch of scenes he thinks will look cool then he has to try and base a plot around getting this connected in a coherent way (Which he hasn’t been able to do on his own yet by the way)…That’s why he ends up releasing a movie about sentient zombies who can create a full on society but can’t figure out how to get past some makeshift walls, and oh yeah cyborgs-aliens-zombie tigers-time travel etc etc etc…Totally ridiculous…

Rebel Moon was one of the worst movies ive seen this year. Felt like i was watching a movie from the mid 2000s with all of the random slo-mo shots and absurd plot progression. Mans finessed the hell out of Netflix.

his best films are the ones that was translated page for page into the big screen so he doesnt have to write anything, just copy and paste and he still kind of missed the point of watchmen
he has too much crap running on his head and want to include them all, he doesnt know how to compartmentalize and narrow things down into a cohesive film, he really should be making tv shoes or long form series instead og blockbuster films so he can put all the violence and sex scenes he wants without a limitation of a runtime
