It was brought up Gunn would have some dark and difficult themes/tone (w/e word you want to use here) in his Superman movie and somebody tried to pretend that’s basically what MoS was.

I gave examples of Gunn’s take on dark and difficult subject matter in his previous movies which are nothing like Snyder’s take.

That’s it.

Everything else is you or anyone else trying to convolute the two or bringing up irrelevant opinions or other parts that have nothing to do with what I said.

Batman isn’t even in MoS.

You took a statement I made about Snyder and are now trying to say I was talking about MoS. That you can’t tell the difference between me talking about Snyder and me talking about MoS is not my problem. You made that mistake. It has nothing to do with my stance on this or my original replies to the topic.

Again this is irrelevant. Nobody is talking about if MoS had relatable content in it.

I feel like putting him in the post credit was all Gunn knowing Vol. 3 was years away and definitely at the time had no plans for him. Marvel just gave him the ok to use him.

Then the Russos and Feige didn’t even acknowledge the character tease so Gunn at the time realized he actually had to do something with him then he was stuck. That was most likely the main thing, the huge gap in between sequels and having no plans. Warlock is more Infinity Watch than Guardians. Gunn would’ve had a better shot if he teased Quasar instead.

I don’t buy his excuse other than the angle that he probably did forget he even teased that and Feige or some producer told him you gotta follow up. Otherwise he could’ve just left it and kept Warlock in the cocoon most of the movie.
