3m is very solid and clear through out. A lot of GM's/low quality reps have spotty 3m and it's very weak. Tongue is rounded and has thorough 3m all over it. Something I kind of noticed is that the stitching kind of knots up on the upper side of the toebox as shown in your 1st pic which is common on many of the legit DB3's I've seen, but I'm not 100% sure all legit DB3's have that knot there or if the fakes have it. The cement print looks about right.

100% Legit. GM DB 3's have EXTREMELY pale red uppers, sometimes upside down COLE symbols, sloppy stitching, lack of 3M, high EP w/widows peaks on the heel
