Anyone here saw The Flowers of War? I just checked it out on netflix and damn. first movie since i was a lil kid that made me shed tears. I hear accounts from my asian friends whos grandpas grandmas went through the same thing by the Japanese. Any asian people on this forums got any stories?

^ yea, posted there. but i wanna have a discussion about this movie and its history with the asians of this board for im very interested i never heard of the incidents in Nanking before. Found out the Filipinos went through the same thing from my boy too.
