J/K, seriously strike up a conversation. Start talking to girls you're comfortable with (somewhat below your normal standards) and work your way from there. The less clothing a female has in a given environment, the less likely you'll attract something decent (unless of course it's your dorm room or apartment). Good luck.

But seriously don't defeat yourself. In your mind you should believe that you can get any girl you want...that fits your lifestyle. Not saying you can bag 10's cuz even myself and I think i'm a good looking guy will not probably end up with a 10 physically but hopefully a 10 compatibility wise and thats whats more important to me right now...a girl I have good everything with and she can put up with my +%++.
Theres alot of ways to get girls. But getting them at the club is the wrong move, you don't really want to meet your future long term g/f at the club but you do want to meat

man OP I know how you feel. I'm in the same boat. It's real hard to meet new girls where I'm at cuz you need a car to go everywhere. Other than school, it's real hard for me to meet new girls.
