nah the ref missed the foul, nothing technical about it. should have been and1, 4pt play. Kobe doesnt care about the play he just wanted a foul, regardless,post game interview shows that Kobe could careless about Jones, and the competition fuels him. unfortunately, that cant be said about the rest of histeammates, i have yet to see any fire from anyone else, except kobe.
