Yah. I had 6 in my app yesterday I wanted to buy some stuff

Idk I would call them tomorrow.  My rewards are wrong half the time, I will call and they will tell me everything looks fine on their end (What they tell me on the phone is correct, but online is wrong).  Maybe try to sign out of app, close it and all that, see if that helps.  That app literally crashes on me 80 percent of the times I open it...

Have never tried a VIP ftl code but I use FNL rewards on any new release, I would assume its the same for FTL.

Actually I had 4 coupons and have been using them over and over again. I probably used it like 3x each. Guess they finally caught on. I just opened my app and all my coupons are gone. Lol

You can still use it to buy online just those items that says excluded from discount you can't use it on (until they get lifted from exclusion).

It's a pattern for sure. Certain product goes missing just to return right after the promo ends.

They also pull this maneuver at the outlets. They purposely hold on to returns and/or shipments when they have the 20% off hash. Once the hash sale is over, they release the hold.
