You don't need a PayPal balance. You can have your paypal account use a credit card. debit card or bank account to draw from.Only thing I hate about those eBay coupons is you have to purchase through PayPal. And currently my PayPal is on zilch.
Too lazy to transfer funds but I should for when coupons like this pop up.

I actually thought that the other would become void when you use one. It says in the email, "customer must choose between the two offers" makes sense you could use both though. Good to know!
